These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the alphatrixa website located at alphatrixa.world and our restaurant customer behaviour tracking services provided by alphatrixa SARL, a company registered in Luxembourg with registration number RCSB968574.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website or services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms, you are not authorised to use or access our services or website.

alphatrixa provides restaurant customer behaviour tracking systems and analytics services designed to help food service establishments understand customer patterns, optimise operations, and improve business performance. Our services include real-time analytics dashboards, customer heat mapping, revenue optimisation tools, and operational efficiency analysis.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to our clients. We also reserve the right to impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of our services without notice or liability.

User Obligations

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from using our services to violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe upon the rights of others, transmit harmful or malicious content, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or networks.

If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

This includes but is not limited to our proprietary tracking algorithms, analytics software, dashboard interfaces, and documentation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our services for your intended business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content without our prior written consent.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Our total liability to you for any direct damages arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to alphatrixa in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless alphatrixa SARL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgements, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by discontinuing your access to our website and services. If you have a paid service agreement with us, termination procedures will be governed by the specific terms of that agreement.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
